I bought myself a HIS 2600XT 256MB and am using it with my Pentium 4 as an Internet/occasional gaming PC. The problem is after installing the drivers for the card the screen flashes once every second and the mouse is jerky? After alot of trial and error I found it stopped after disabling something called ATI Hotkey Poller, what is this? and is there a way of turning it off without using msconfig but perhaps the Catayst software ATI give you?
