ATI Catalyst and Control Center & Control Panels

I am about to dowload the version 5.4. What is the difference betweem ATI Catalyst Control Center and ATI control panels. Am i suppose to download both of these?

Just one, I believe but can be wrong, I think the second one has the drivers for extra functions for dual monitors.

I always download the first smaller one. The first one has all the 3D options you would get with the second one.
