ATI Crossfire Bridge?

So I'm building a new machine and went with an MSI 790X-G45 motherboard. When I opened it, I noticed that it's "CrossFire" ready, but it didn't come with a CrossFire bridge.

I thought that maybe it came from MSI without it so I went and returned it and got another one and also didn't have one. On Newegg's website, it shows it with the CrossFire bridge as the included accessories, but both ones I looked at didn't come with them.

So I figured I'll go ahead and upgrade the motherboard to the Asus Crosshair III Formula motherboard - again, no CrossFire bridge.

Do motherboards not come with CrossFire/SLI bridges anymore or am I just on a string of mis-packaged motherboards?

I'm getting two XFX 4850s 1 GB versions and was wondering if anyone here has them and if they came with the CrossFire bridge.

I got a sli and crossfire connector when I bought my mobo? Maybe because its from a different brand. But then again, you should get a bridge when you buy your video cards

i got one with my foxconn mobo aswell, i have had a few motherboards in my time and i think i have only ever getting one with foxconn...

defo get them with the graphics cards though
