I had a new hard drive installed in my computer, windows XP however an error message came up and it looks like I'm missing some ATI drivers. I found the ATI web page with the driver download but with a $30.00 charge. Is there a way to get the drivers or am I going to be taken for $30.00 ?

ATI is now owned by AMD...You shouldn't be charged for Drivers...i doubt you were on the official ATI/AMD website as they are free.
This is where you will want to get your drivers.

If your not sure which ATI GPU you have download and install an app called "GPUZ"..that will tell you exactly what Graphics card you have so you can select the proper download from ATI/AMDs website.
