how come the 9500 is better than every video upto the 9700 including the x600? it seems like its just an underclocked 9700 with 8 parallel pixel pipelines and 110M transistors. seems kind of out of order.

ATI's previous generations high end card is always better then the next generations mid-low range card. The 9800 draws polygonal circles around the x600.

i meant the 9500 pro. there is a suddent increase in transistors and pipelines and then it just drops from there.
