ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 vs. Intel Extreme Graphics 2

hi!

i'm going to buy a ibm thinkpad r51.

there are 2 models. one with the ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 (32MB) and the other one with a onboard Intel Extreme Graphics 2 (64 MB).

which one is the better choice?

if i take the onboard-solution, my memory will be 768 mb.
if i take the ati 7500, my memory will be 512 mb.

beacause the one with the radeon have 512 mb and is 200,- more expensive that the other one with just 256 mb ram (but then i buy for 170 bucks a 512 mb-second-ram and have finally the same price)
 
Depends what you want to use the laptop for, i would only get the radeon if tour going to be playing a lot of games. If your going to play an ocassional game and do alot of other stuff, i would go with the intel graphics since you will have more memory for photo editing, text editing, ect.
