Ati Radeon 4850 vs Power Supply

My card is kind of heavy and so it hand a little. But if I rest it on top of the power supply case it sits just right. The power supply case has a fan going up and the video card has a fan going down so I thought they would get a good amount of cooling. Will the video card get too hot if it sits on top of the power supply?
 
The fan facing upward on the supply suggests it is mounted upside down with that being the intake fan. The card may warm slightly warmer due to being right over the supply where you may need to add in an extra or larger case fan to keep air moving in that location. What type of case is this being seen in?
