ATi Radeon 9800 pro 256mb questions

Alright so i have the Radeon 9800Pro video card. It's an AGP card. On the back of the box it says -PCI Express x16 lane native support-.
does that mean this can go into a PCi-e slot??? it doesnt make sense that it would.im confused. help?
 
Probably a fail at translating original language. If its an AGP card, it's in AGP card. Nothing else. Unless wherever you bought it from was advertising it as a AGP card, but its acually a PCI-E x16, then yes, that is a PCI-E card.
 
i dont have a camera-but i know its an AGP card just from looking at the contacts. I have seen a PCi-E slot and i figured it wouldnt fit. So im going to assume the box got switched or translation went wrong. i just wanted to make sure my assumptions were good.Thanks for the help though!
