oh no no lol...absolutley not i was thinking minesweeper,solitaire etc...its really not that great for games i mean older ones sure but anything put out today and definitely for future use no way...

okay.. what about the X1400 or x700 pro????

i asked a buddy about these and he said both are probably similar cards but expects the x700 pro to be better..im assuming you're on a budget right?

The x700 pro isn't bad at all, I have it and I have no problem running any new games. I dont have to set my res lower than 1024x768 on any games

but what about quality of picture, does that mean anything to you? cause you probably need a better one for things like anti-aliasing, anisotropic-filtering and water effects, which heavily determine the speed at which the games will play...
