atx 12v or Atx

Hi can I use ATX 12v and ATX in my computer does it matter which one I use? Here is my motherboard manual page 28

It looks like your computer would just need ATX, but I would still get an ATX 12v power supply so if you ever upgrade you wont need another power supply, power supplies with +12v are usually better, a +12v will work with either kind of board, and the price isn't much higher. I recommend newegg.com
