Audacity question

Hey everyone! its been a long time no see!

i just had a little question concerning Audacity
I have a video, wlel a movie, and i want just to have the audio, so that i can put it in my ipod... Now i heard that you can take Audio form a Video with Audacity...do any of you guys know how to do this? Can you help me do it?

you can do it with virtualDub...
you open the video and then file -> save Wav and you have the music!!
to put iy on .mp3 you can use cdEx..
all these programs are free....
