Audio Codec Problem in Windows Media Player...

I have a video I downloaded recently that had a spanish name but it was in english. Recently I downloaded a codec for my Windows media player and now the video has additional spanish voice-overs. How is this possible? And is it set up so the backround spanish voice over is only applied if I have the codec?

Perhaps the file is a dual audio file?!? Try going to the Play pull down menu in the classical interface -> Audio and Language Tracks -> select appropriate language track.
