Audio Driver

had a question real fast where could I get a audio driver that would work?

The audio driver is specific to the device being used. For a prebuilt machine (Dell, HP, etc) you'll want to check the manufacture's website, otherwise go to the manufacturer of the audio device itself.

Alright cool thanks. But I have this motherboard: ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. Any recommendations on which driver I should get?

Which operating system are you running? You need the VIA sound driver.

Don't you have the motherboard cd so you can install the driver from there? If not then go here and enter the information and pick your operating system and then click on audio for the driver.

Yeah I have the CD something is wrong with it doesn't read for some reason. But I could go to that website and download what do I put in for "Series"? I have no idea what to put in there.

socket am2,am2+, am3. Then the last box would be your motherboard model number.

Awesome I got it thank you so much. Is there anything else that I need to get from that list? That comes up with all the drivers beside the audio one?

Check the device manager for other devices needing drivers.
