Auto backup photos

My mom is looking for either an external hard drive that comes with software*, or just the software* by itself that would work with any external hard drive.

She wants the software to automatically backup photos to the hard drive when it's plugged into a computer. Preferably with a filter option that you can set to only backup specific folders. I've never heard of such a program (because I've never looked), but I'm thinking maybe someone on here knows something.

That's a cool program, Tremmor. For me at least. It's just missing the whole "Auto back up when flash drive is inserted" deal.

Update. So I found Microsoft's Synctoy. Very simple and does almost exactly what I want it to do. I simply set the folder I want to backup and the drive I want to back it up to. Cool deal, the only thing is, it doesn't backup automatically. Is there possibly a script or an application I could download that would automatically run the Synctoy when the flash drive is inserted?
