Auto-boot

A neat little feature that came with my $55 Biostar motherboard.
When you go into BIOS, you can select time of day, even a specific
day of month, and the computer will turn itself on.

Use it as an alarm clock in the morning. Put some music in the Startup
menu, browser links to News websites and email, and you'll be ready
to start your day when you get out of bed.

Now, if it could only prepare coffee...

Yeah.

Of course, if the computer is already on, it leaves it on. It doesn't
perform a restart.

And by Startup I mean the menu in Windows:

Start > All Program > Startup

So that will only run itself if you have a single user on the computer,
and your Windows boots to desktop, without having to enter a
password.
