Auto-Sync Flash Drive with PC

Hi all, i do hope someone can help on this one. I need an application or file or service or something that can/will automatically synchronise the entire flash drives contents with a designated folder on the PC...

Sounds like a simple request to me, but google fairs nothing to shout about.

Anyone know of anything to help with the task?

right, thanks for those, the first one costs, which i dont really want, im looking through the others now... Is there any way in which i can get this sync operation to happen every time i connect the device or would it be completely manual?
 
it would have to support scripting and you would have to automate a task or write a script for it. Retrospect does that, but like you already know, its a paid for program.

There was an automatic one I could get with my U3 drive, but I cant find it anymore.

hmmm, that looks quite good, i just downlaoded it and having a play now, looks very good, if onyl it supported scheduled tasks or something like that, it could run as a background service every 10 mins etc...
