Can you buy a fan controller (or something like that) that measures the temp. of the pc and automatically adjusts the fan's speed?
 
yes: but my recommendation is grabbing an asus board with FanXpert capabilities. That typically works good, and dont listen to the people who say 3 pin fans cannot be speed controlled, they dont know what they are talkin about. 4 pin does PWM, 3 pin does voltage. they both can moderate speed.
 
Okay, could you send me a link cause I can't find anything and getting a new motherboard is not something I want to do right now.
