Automatic fans?

I am not doing any over clocking but when I run a few anti-virus programs together while surfing the CPUs temp shoots up.
I have a deal called OC Tuner from Asrock (MB) for what ever thats worth that shows temps and can adjust the fans. Thats fine , but the thing is I dont want to worry about the fans. I want the fans to quite or stop if there not needed and go up to 10 if they are needed that much.

I think anti-virus programs conflict with each other.
If the fans are plugged into the ps, then the fan speed software won't operate them, and they are running full speed. They have to be connected to the mb (3 wire fan) for the fan speed program to work since there's no correlation between the ps and the program.
You may be able to use fan controller hardware to contol your fans.

Try HD monitor and compare those temps with OC Tuner's temps. Sometimes it can be a bit of a trick to find out the real temp on AMD cpu's.

Yep you need a fan controller where you can manually adjust the speed of your fans.

He's asking for something that will do it automatically.
You can get "PWM" fans which will automatically adjust their RPM depending on the CPU load. If you're playing games or just using a lot of CPU power, the RPM will increase, providing better cooling. If you're just idling, browsing the net etc, then the fans will be at a low RPM and be nice and quiet.
Make sure your motherboard has a PWM fan socket, it's like a normal 3-pin fan socket, except it's 4-pin. Most non-stock heatsinks come with PWM fans as standard, but you can also buy them separately.
