Hi people,
Just downloaded CCleaner yesterday and decided to scan my system for corrupt files, found out that the thing deleted over 25GB of temp files off of my system for me.
As you might expect I was a little shocked at the amount of temp files dissapeared seing as my windows install is only just over 3 months old.
I was wondering, if you guys could put up a list of any other good file scanning programs.
As I know that with most software there is never one program that detects and deletes all files and symptoms.
I do know that things like registry scanners can sometimes be harmfull and some of you might not want to post incase I bugger up my system and blame you for it
Well I can tell you now... That definetly wont happen
I only delete stuff that I can clearly see what it is and what it does, and if worst comes to worst I always make a note of where that file was and always make backup copies
Thanks
