AV inputs through computer

I have a HP Media Center Desktop computer and I just noticed that it has AV inputs. I want to hook my Xbox up to my computer so I can play on my beautiful 19' monitor rather than my old unclear tv. Is this possible?
I thought I'd heard of this being done, but I can't find out how.
Thanks

Are you sure that they are AV inputs?... It could be AV Output(Usually on new computers).., If the AV port is on your monitor then I would say its Input and then you can Hook up your X-box directly to the Monitor and play the games. Usually on CPUs, its Output. If you unsure then I would call HP support to get the right information..

Nope. I have componant video output as well, but this is clearly labled "Input" for Composite Video and Audio R,L. It also has S-Video input, but I don't have anything that uses Svideo.
I just wasn't sure if there was a program or something I had to run or something.

By the way, My monitor only has VGA and DVI inputs, so no going straight to the monitor.
