I've moved your post to a new thread as to keep it separate. Run Malwarebytes along side any antivirus program. There are some things that neither Malwarebytes or an antivirus program will catch.
 
You should only run one anti-virus program, otherwise they'll conflict with each other. Although MalwareBytes is the exception, because it's not an anti-virus program.
