AVG 7.5 problem

Well i install the free edition of Avg 7.5 and every single time i loaded windows the program scans the computer automatic and it lags the computer really badly isnt there a way to stop it

You mean the real-time protection? Are you talking about the antivius or antispyware? If it's the antispyware, there used to be an option to not install it, but AVG got rid of it You can stop it from starting in msconfig.

Yeah i had this problem and even though i stoped it from starting in msconfig it still kept starting up

I just removed it in the end.

Look in Scheduled Tasks and delete it or edit it!
