AVG and QuickBooks Problems

Before I get into the question I'd like to know if any one uses QB?
Because I have a problem emailing invoices in PDF.

And also, I tried to put AVG on my computer but I couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled it.
But if you hit ctrl>alt>delete, AVG is in the task bar and when I try to end task it won't let me.
How do I get it out?
I also have Avira on here that I use for antivirus and Malware byte.

Thanks,

OK, I done that and it put it on my desktop > right click > and a icon shows on desk top. Open it up and it says

OK, it's off.
I did download avg free and then it wouldn't uninstall it then, but something happened and it's off.

Thanks very much.

Part of all this has to do with QB Pro 2009. This is Windows 7 64bit and QB started acting up a bit.
When I made an invoice and sent it thru email, it would show up as a blank page. The letters are there but as white fonts on white background therefore unable to see it.

I finally figured out I could customize a color to white some how and it could be viewed in Adobe Reader but when I printed it from QB it would be blank.

It started doing this last week and the only thing we can come up with is a QB update was downloaded and messed it up. I don't know this for a fact but it has worked for the past year and a half with no problems at all.

So I was going to restore to early last week to see if that would fix it but it would not work and a window popped up saying one reason might be antivirus is running.

If I don't here a response from you in a few minutes I'm going to go ahead and try to restore it again.

Thanks for all the help!!

Even if I fixed it, the next time it updated it'd probly do the same thing.

May just have to upgrade QB to 2012, but again that may be what they are trying to do.

I put QB on another computer and got it updated and all and it sends invoices just fine.

Could it be that I changed the color on my computer?

If so, is there a way to change it back the default?

I really need to get this fixed because it's getting behind on my work.
