Would AVG Internet Security Suite be a good and reliable all-in-one security for viruses, firewall, antispywae?

no, it is only an antivirus (very good though). Get zonealarm free firewall then something like adawareSE then you would have everything covered.

I'd go with AVG AntiVirus (by itself), along with ZoneAlarm, Adaware SE and Spybot Search & Destroy.
