AVG not removing stuff

hey guys,
ok my roommates laptop is runnin AVG, for antivirus, as well as Adware and Spy Bot for spyware. For some reason when we run AVG on his laptop, it tells us that he's got a virus, but then it won't let us clean it or delete it. What's up w/ that? Is there anything that can be done? Thanx, Wes

or can try a diff virus scan altogether and see if u can delete it with that

If AVG in safemode doesn't get it, there's other programs that will.
