AVG vs. Kaspersky

Was wondering if I could get some input of what everyone feels is better, the AVG internet security or kaspersky Internet security...been trying the freeware ones recently and don't really care for them. just downloaded the trial version for Kaspersky and already found things that the free ones missed. So any help on choosing between the two would be great...thanks
 
i use kaspersky. i find it very good and seemed to work better than any other AV programs ive tried.
 
I did notice that Kaspersky takes alot torun the scans, was really running slow during it.....but usually have scans set for daytime when i am not home...
 
I've never had problems since I installed Kaspersky. It doesn't slow down my pc like fbird93's pc does. Kaspersky Internet Security is very good about catching virus injections when surfing the web. Love it. Wouldn't want any other.

Well i do have a dinosaur, amd athlon 64 3200+ with 1.5 gb ram....
