avi to fla converter

is there any avi to fla converter or for windows?

This should serve your purpose I use it myself...very nifty little program...

but this converter only convert to FLV or SWF.
macromedia flash 8 can't read and edit this.
macromedia flash 8 only read the format .fla
is there any converter .avi to .fla?
