I don't rememeber if avira blocked the file when it was installed or when I ran it the first time, I think it could of been when I ran it the first time.
Then I tried to access localhost and the page is just blank (white empty screen) but it's supposed to show info about WAMP if it's working.
I have Apache allowed in windows firewall so it's not windows firewall causing any problem and I also made an exception for WAMP server.exe or something like that in avira settings.
Then I tested port 80 which is what apache uses and it said it was being used by skype so I closed down skype and then port 80 wasnt being used anymore so I tried loading localhost again but this time, instead of a white empty screen it gave an unavailable message.
