Background Stained

I used this background for my desktop. I was in media center and could see like the outline of the background and thought it was pretty cool. now i changed the background and that same outline is there like its stained but its also everywhere too. if you look hard enough you can see it over everything. its kinda annoying. has anyone had this problem before and kno how to get rid of it. thanks

I have a dell with media center addition also, but this problem has not happened yet (I hope it doesn't happen). Have you tried another monitor to see if it is the monitor?

i cant get the screenshot uploaded cause the resolution is high to upload to a site, but if i make it smaller u cant see it.

I dont have a dell just a dell flat panel monitor, the computer is custom build by me.

Thanks for that. the link is below, but it think its like burned into the monitor cause i hooked my laptop to it and its still there.

I think it is that. i have a 3-year warrenty form dell so i can get it replaced right? its not plasma is just a dell 2007WFP Ultra sharp

I tried the another monitor and its not on there. just on this one.

I dont know what happened but i woke up this morning and the it was gone. all i did was wipe the screen. so either it went away cause it was off all night or it can be wiped off.
