My PC is also a server in that it serves SageTV and media to other rooms in the house. Because of this setup, I always make Images with Acronis in case something goes wrong, I can simply restore to an earlier working state. This is great, but what happens if my PC dies and I replace it, the Image is worthless isn't it? (Since I will have new hardware). Are there any methods of creating backups that I would be able to use in the event I replace my PC?
