Backing up my files from multiple locations

Hey, Im an Architecture student at Penn State and i work a lot off of my computer at home as well as computers on campus. I have several harddrives right now that i have backing up my files:

250gb 5400rpm HHD in my laptop (shares a lot of common files [photoshop brushes for a simple example])
WD Passport 320gb for essential 'school' files
WD Passport 500gb for essential 'school' files; some moves; backup programs
WD Essential 2tb for a basic EVERYTHING backup including system backups

Because i work in multiple locations on multiple systems, I am looking for some sort of software that can identify the most recently changed, updated, or created files from ANY of these locations and automatically sync everything together for all of the others. I also need it to recognize if a file has been relocated from one folder and moved somewhere else, and mimic these locations for my backups so i don't have to go through 4 hard drives every time i want to relocate a file?

I've looked into a few different software packages and haven't found anything that can do much of what I am looking for? I thank you in advance for helping because i am absolutely stumped as of right now.

Depending on your operating system could be one suggestion.
Windows 7 pro does. Goto start and in search query 'sync'.
Might be there.

How much data do you have to sync? I'd suggest looking into Dropbox.
Right now, I have about 200gb that i'd like to keep bakups of on all my of externals. From there, there's about another 300gb that i need my 500gbWD and my 2tbWD to be sync'd together for

I have Win7 Home premium, so no real help there :/

I meant more for general file syncing. But if it's that much, then dropbox is kinda out of the question.

I frequently open files that are 1gb+ from one of my externals both on campus and on my home PC. These files are particularly hard to bakup because they'll change 5 or more times a day between two or three computers.
