I am trying to back up my PST files from my work laptop, but I get the message that access is denied. This is a work laptop, but I need to give it to IT for some updates, and sometimes it comes back missing files and e-mails, so I want to back up my documents and Outlook.
The computer is running Outlook 2003, and I tried to both drag and drop the PST files onto an external drive, and I tried to copy nad paste the files, both resulted in the access denied message.
