N NCIS330 New Member Jan 9, 2007 #1 I know that I use DVD+R or double layer to back up my files. I have a program that came on my computer called Sonic and someone told me to use that but I want to know what exactly gets put onto the disc so can anyone tell me what I am backing up?

M meanman Active Member Jan 9, 2007 #2 i dont know that program i use norton ghost and that backs up your entire windows so its a bit like a recovery disk
