Backup urgent

Hey CF i need a program that will backup my outlook express contacts.
And by that i mean Group contacts. i can backup mails etc and standalone contacts but not groups, any programs that can assist me with the backup of groups ?
the one i used has expired (i was using Outlook express Backup wizard-LINK -. i didn't have a key :o


urgent help needed
 
hey tremmor thanks for the links i will check em out for later, ive already downloaded a program that backs up OE database including groups.
some of the other shareware ones i downloaded can backup groups but when restored to OE, the groups were empty
 
I don't pay much att to email backup but i do it often enough and have used many times. Maybe every 3mo or so. there are uniform formats that are same. you would need to investigate a bit and find out what the format is. What im saying is even after importing with something like Mozbackup it is possible to rename certain directorys of the backup or files to make them compatible with other universal email clients. it was never something i followed up on. maybe you might want too. then the email can be plugged into the proper directory so it can be read in the 1st place. lots of info on the net. its just another adventure.

actually, i think you could and can just backup the outlook express directory.
there might be a few extra steps involved then save and plug it in as needed.

it wasn't mine, i use outlook 2007.
it was for a colleague, actually the DG secretary, she was moving to a new system.
She was way too many contacts and groups..lol
