Backup

I bought a Toshiba laptop and it has 3 partitions, the first partition says 1.46 GB Healthy (Active recovery partition) 2. C: partition which says “Healthy (Boot, page file, crash dump, Primary partition) and the last partition say 15 GB Health (primary partition). I don't think the last partition means anything but I'm not sure how to back these up. It sounds like I need the first 2 partitions for a backup but I've never seen this before.

It looks like the first partion is to activate the windows factory recovery, partion 2 is the c:drive this is your windows partion, partion 3 may be where the recovery image is stored, as the first partion labelled recovery is only 1.46gb which would be to small to hold a full windows image.
