Bad Block Problem

Hi, we've got a computer that just got back from the shop and it looks like there's more wrong with it now than earlier. They ran a bunch of antivirus stuff on it. The main probem is Microsoft Word 2007 won't open. When I went to the event viewer, it said "The device,\Device\Harddisk 0\D, has a bad block." The file name given was ioLogMsg.dll. The event ID was 7.

Does anyone know why this has happened and what I can possibly do to fix it?

I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have.

P.S. Oh, we're running Windows XP on this machine.
 
Cool, if you continue to have problems I'd suggest looking at new drives. But if it's just this once it's probably fine.
