Bad ram or video ram?

In the past week I have gotten 2 errors from windows that said it could not read from a specific block of memory, I wasn't able to copy it down exactly but wanted to know if it could be either the vram on my 9200 pro or my main system memory, I have run memtest which turned up nothing, but am trying to get some more advanced testing software from my friend.

isolate your problem. Take out 1 of the sticks of ram, see if it still happens. If it does swap the ram sticks. If it happens again try another vid card..
 
I would take a stick out but it's rd ram and don't have any continuity sticks.

One time when it gave the error I was starting World of warcraft, it wasn't even displaying any graphics, just starting to boot the game, the other time it happened while watching a dvd.
