Balloon message when USB drive removed

HI,
I couldn't remember how can I remove balloon message when USB drive(flash disk) is removed. In past when I did it I made it through system registry(I don't remember which key is it ;-).(someone told me that it can be done through "Global security policy settings" too, but I didn't find how to make it this way(there isn't such option)).

Plus, I want to ask if someone know how to disable not only balloon message, but if it is possible to disable starting entire module which throws this message(when balloon message are not displayed, icon in tray is still present and must be clicked).

Sorry again for taking your time. Actually I made it. I still don't know how and if it is possible do disable entire module from starting, but I found how to disable balloon message.

In regedit change this value:
(PATH)HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\

(VALUE)
EnableBalloonTips - change to 0(zero).
