Is there a program that will show you which IP adress on your network is using Bandwidth, and how much it is using?
 
I would recommend using the Performance snap-in, located in the admin tools, if you’re using 2000/XP/2003. You can setup a counter for a specific computer to monitor its bandwidth and network utilization. You do need to have administrative rights, however, if you plan to use this approach.
