Base 64.dll

I just did a free online spyware scan with the Zonealarm free online scan and it found "spyagent Keystroke logger". It says the file name is "Base 64.dll in my windows folder. Can I delete this dll and nothing will happen to my system? Oh and one more thing. If I have this, how come Ad-aware, spybot, Windows Defender, Spyware Terminator and Ewido didn't find this?
 
they dont support firewall so they cant find keylogger, because keylogger dont detroy your computer, it just record what you typed and sent for hacker. you should use firewall to blog it, zonealarm have free version. you shouldnt delete .dll, too dangerous. if you want to delete it, back up your system before
