Hi, I am trying to connect two computers to a windows network workgroup. Both pc's are win xp. I am using a wireless netgear router. It is a new one so im pretty sure its working ok. I can get internet with both pc's but filesharing is not working correctly. The wireless laptop can access the wired (ethernet) desktop without a problem. But for some reason when i try to access the laptop from the desktop it gives me an error about not having a permission or it is not able to find it. Neither PC use a password to log on. Both have only one user account each and they have admin privledges. I dont know whats wrong. I have setup a ton of win2000 networks without any problems. The laptop is used at work and it has a dial up VPN setup. As far as i know that should not cause me a problem though. Any help would be super appreciated.
