Basic Spyware/Virus removal help

On the sticky on top of forum, it shows the Spyware/Virus removal thing. The first step is go to "My Computer" then Tools, theres no Tools in "My Computer" .... only Shared Folder, C drive, and D drive...

Thats what I was thinking, why did it say open My Computer.

nevermind... im an idiot, didnt realize My Computer had the File Edit View thing on top lol.

Anyway, can someone tell me why I cant remove one of the things in Add/Remove, its called Startnow Navigation, it doesnt have the Change/Remove button... how do I uninstall?

i believe thats an adware/spyware

if u have an antispyware/antivirus or both.. run them and see if it picks that up.. it looks like u doesn't have one.. unless "freedom" is one.. but
if not.. post a HJT log and one of the moderator will get to it
