Batch file gone

I gave my batch file the hidden and system file attributes and it just dissapeared, the search could not pick it up either. I have hidden files turned on so they are visible but it's still not there. Could comeone please tell me where it went, or what happened to it. Did it go to a system folder or something?
 
Thanks, apj101, even though i already knew to do that i was actually to lazy to look deeper (and uncheck show system files and folders) and i found it now. that also helped me explain the mystery of where autoexec.bat was because only the pif was visible even with hidden on. So thanks
