BBC Videos not playing!!!!

Every time i try and watch a video clip off BBC's website it wont play. The clip stays on 'connecting to media' for about 2 or 3 minutes then it says its ready. When i click play it just goes back onto 'connecting to media' for about 2 or 3 minutes then says its ready again but it still doesnt play. I have tried it on both medium and high settings with media player and real player so i haven't got a clue. Any help would be appreciated thanx.

Are you behind a firewall or proxy server? Sometimes these disallow access to videos such as the BBC's.

If not, have you got the correct software for displaying the video. IE Realplayer Plugin or the Windows Media Player Plugin.

I have the plugins, maybe Windows firewall (disabled Kaspersky's because it was doing my head in) what do i have to do?
