Bcc Code Error!

Hello all, does anyone know at all a way in which to get rid of these errors. This error restarts my computer and this happens when I play a
media file, whether it be mp3 or even a mpeg. The error message says "the system has recovered from a serious error" and asks whether i would like to send this message to Microsoft. I use Microsoft XP Media Center Edition. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem, any help greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance Joe
 
im not familar with the error but, i noted the comment about sending to microsoft the error report. Ive sent on many occasions and after sending received a fix, reason and why. (pronto).
