becoming slow - software or hardware issue?

I don't install a lot of software and I have 100GB free on my system partition, however, after just a two weeks of clean reinstallation of windows 7. I find that the whole performance of the system is slowly decreasing over time.

I like to open a lot of tabs in Google chrome, shifting between tabs or clicking links or buttons usually suffer obvious lags, especially if the tabs were opened for quite some time.
is it normal or abnormal??

My system config

intel i5 [email protected]
2TB Seagate 3.5 HDD for three.
Antec Neo Eco 400c
ASUS board
2x4GB Kingston

I would recommend to download and run Ccleaner to remove any temp files that may be slowing you down. You may want to run malware scans as well if you like to click on links all the time.

hi
isn't scanner on windows 7 default one enough?? why ccleaner??
as for malware, what is the best free and stable tool to do it?

Thank you

What scanner are you talking about? No Ccleaner does so much more.

As far as malware goes, use malwarebytes, Adwcleaner, junkware removal tool and your own installed antivirus program.
