I have a question on the compatability of the following parts..

HDD-Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 ST380817AS 80GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - 60$

Case-ASPIRE X-Gear ATXB5KLW-BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 420W Power Supply - 46 $

Mobo-ASUS P5VD1-X Socket T (LGA 775) VIA PT880 Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard - 57.99$

CPU-Intel Celeron D 331 Prescott 533MHz FSB 256KB L2 Cache LGA 775 64-Bit Processor w/ Execute Disable Bit - 77$

Ram-CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - 71.99$

If any of these parts are not compatable or for a few dollars more I can get a better part please let me know.

My budget is what ever I feel like spending tho I dont want to spend everything I have ( quite a bit that is ) and my purpose is for downloads, and movies ( edit and play/burn ) and finally I want to use it to ftp to my xbox but that doesnt require much..

ok, well what about the prices for those parts so we can compare and find better/cheaper parts? also ive never heard of Jetway for mobo's. id stick with the big names like MSI, ASUS, DFI, etc..

Ok, and as for the prices I got all the part modules and what not from newegg.com but like I said money isnt to much of an issue tho I would like to find the best deal, and as for the mobo would you suggest a certain brand that is well known?

This is true, I havent had time to look into the ram or optical drives so far, I just wanted to make sure that what I had looked into so far was correct. It is easier for me to go one piece at a time, and I havent gotten to those pieces so to speak... tho if you have suggestions on either I would muh appreciate it.

well ive heard the DFI lanparty mobo is good (although i havent tried it yet) i think around $120
According to newegg, the only Lanparty that supports Intel processors is $148. Overkill for a CPU like that.

Well I updated my question with prices and better components tho it is only 315 about for them all, I have enought to up to a total of 600$ for the whole computer if not more, so I am very much willing to go up to a better part if it is only going to cost a little bit more.
