Bell Sympatico Highspeed

I would just call them back again and tell them to fix it from their end as there is not any thing you can do from your computer.
 
What a bloody nightmare dealing with those people. As a last resort I plugged the old modem back in and it fixed everything. It seems odd though that using my old modem again would drop the ping. Weird. Very weird.
