I`m stuck on my I.T work, and it`s distinction criteria.It`s to do with macros and i don`t bother using macros.And so this is why i`m stuck.Could someone please help me with this question
"The management want to know how valuable the creation of macros is for the productivity of the (call centre) business.
1.Write a report evaluating the ways using macros indifferent applications can help staff carry out their jobs more effectively."
Of course i ain`t asking for the whole report, just some links or some replies posted here.I`m really stick on this,my mind is totally blank.
