best 6800GS cooler under $35

Im looking for a air cooled HSF for my GS, which is identical to a GT in board layout, for under $35, i was thinking about either an Arctic-Cooling NV5 rev.3 or their Accelero X1, but im up for diffrent options... and does the NV5 cool the memory aswell?
 
Go for the accelero I would say, feel free to ignore my advice tho as I have never installed an afternarket VGA cooler. Why do you want to void your warranty?
 
120F is pissing me off, i dont need a warrenty, i got it though work, so i have a lifetime warentee no matter what
 
yeah, but everything else is in the low 80's, cept my videocard, and i want it to be cooler so i can overclock it farther
 
have you considered seeing what your card does when you replace the standard thermal compount with AS5, i did it and it took 20 degrees celcius off my load temp
